Tell us more about this newly launched Health Starts for Families program.
To keep the Juice Plus+ story relevant, we occasionally freshen up our existing programs. These updates are supportive of the future business of our Representatives. Healthy Starts for Families is the rebranded program of Children’s Health Study. We gave it a fresh look and improved the messaging around the program. The collateral materials highlight the benefit of getting the entire family (parents and kids) involved in making meaningful lifestyle changes, one day at a time.

Can we still offer children the opportunity to eat Juice Plus+ for free?
Yes, the option of enrolling children into the program still exists. The Family Bundle is the best option. We want to adjust our language from focusing on the word FREE and focus more on the added value that great nutrition and lifestyle play in the life of our children.

How do children get enrolled?
There is no change in the process to enroll children in the program. CLICK HERE to read the program overview with program requirements. A recent change to the program now allows existing customers who had not previously participated in the children’s program the opportunity enroll. So, be sure to revisit your list of existing customers who might now have children who are age appropriate. Get them enrolled in the Family Bundle!
Is there still a survey that the parents must complete?
Yes. The Family Health Study survey is emailed to the customer just after the order is shipped. It’s very important that the correct email be attached to the ARO; otherwise the customer won’t receive the survey.
What can you tell us about the summer incentive for Healthy Starts for Families?
To create a little fun during the summer months, we're running a Family Health Study Sweepstakes contest for all new and existing customers who complete a Family Health Study survey between May 1 and
August 31, 2018. Remember, the survey is an email that goes directly to the customer.
What is the prize?
It’s a prize pack of approximately $500-worth of goodies, such as:
Juice Plus+ family active-wear
A trial for a healthy meal delivery service
A membership to a local recreational activity
And if your customer is selected as the winner, you'll receive the same Family Prize Pack for your family!
What if my customer doesn’t get the survey?
A Juice Plus+ Service Center Agent can resend the survey to the customer. Remember, the email survey follows shortly after the shipment. If the customer has delayed or paused their order, they may not be eligible to participate. The sweepstakes is for customers, who receive a survey between
May 1 and August 31.
