Our business model is a classic example of what the insurance company questionnaire told them. It's about relationships, it's personal, it's "Bill," or in our case "Mary."
Most people that join our business are concerned about stepping out of their "comfort" zone. My first sale was to my girlfriend's mother, my second to my own mother, and third to my coach's wife.

P.S. Final tip - When I sold my mother I asked her to write a check. I made a copy of that check and when I was asked about a discount I would show my prospects that check and told them that if they called my mother and she said okay I might consider.
